How It All Started?
Arrived in Sydney with 2 suitcases.
2008 – Starting from Scratch
We arrived in Australia with two suitcases, dreams of a better future, and significant debt. Working 9-to-5 jobs while raising our daughter Mahi, we were determined to achieve financial independence.
2013 – First Home Purchase
We bought our first home, a 2-bedroom apartment in Canterbury, New South Wales. This home became the foundation for our property journey.
2014 – First Investment Property
Leveraging equity from our home, we purchased a 4-bedroom house in Jordan Springs. From here, we strategically expanded our portfolio with both brand-new and modern properties, taking advantage of tax benefits and long-term growth.
2014–2024 – Growing the Portfolio
- Built a portfolio of 12 investment properties with 22 rental units
- Focused on Dual Key and Duplex strategies to maximise rental income
- Invested across Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Port Macquarie, Bundaberg, Hunter Valley
- Bought one property into SMSF to fund our retirement
